About Us

Janya Love-Hill is the founder of iSpy and a former Division I athlete at Georgia Southern University, where she competed for five years at the highest collegiate level. Before that, she won a state championship in high school and earned multiple accolades throughout her career.

Basketball has done more than just shape her game—it has shaped her life. The sport opened doors, paid for her education, and gave her the opportunity to experience the world in ways she once only imagined.

But when her playing career came to an end, one thing became clear—she wasn’t done with the game.

iSpy was created from that realization.

Not just as a way to stay connected to basketball, but as a platform to create real opportunities for the next generation of athletes—especially in women’s basketball, where talent often goes unseen and undervalued. Too many athletes have the ability, but lack the exposure, guidance, and structure needed to take the next step. iSpy was built to bridge that gap.

We focus on developing athletes both on and off the court—helping them improve their skills, understand the recruiting process, and build confidence in who they are beyond basketball. Through training, content, mentorship, and community-driven initiatives, we aim to provide the tools that many athletes never receive.

This isn’t just about basketball.

It’s about creating access.
It’s about building confidence.
It’s about helping athletes turn potential into real opportunities.

Every purchase made through iSpy directly supports that mission—funding training programs, community events, and initiatives that spotlight talent and uplift women’s basketball.

Everything we do is rooted in experience, integrity, and a genuine love for the game.

This is more than a brand.
This is a platform.
This is a movement.

If you’re here, you’re in the right place.
